Growing with passion
From the first key to the next idea.
01Chapter 1The beginning in Tenerife
An idea becomes a home away from home.
It all began with an idea, a vision and a single holiday apartment in Tenerife. From the start, we wanted to offer more than accommodation: personal care, comfort, quality and unforgettable holiday experiences.
02Chapter 2One apartment became several
Trust helps us grow.
Dedication, trust and continuous development helped TFS-Apartment grow. Our first apartment became a portfolio of five Tenerife apartments, A1 to A5. Personal service remains at the heart of them all.
03Chapter 3A new meaning, a bigger vision
TFS – Travel & Freedom Solutions
TFS originally stood for “Teneriffa Süd”, meaning Tenerife South. As we developed, TFS gained a new meaning: Travel & Freedom Solutions. Our public brand name remains TFS-Apartment. It represents travel, freedom, hospitality, innovation and a future beyond Tenerife.
04Chapter 4A new chapter in Germany
Herzstück Saffig · planned for 2027
Herzstück Saffig opens a new chapter. Our new German holiday home is being developed and renovated, with holiday rentals planned to begin in 2027. It takes our presence from Spain to Germany. Some preview images show the planned furnishings.
05Chapter 5Further projects in Germany
New possibilities. One considered step at a time.
Further German holiday accommodation projects and opportunities are in planning or relevant application procedures. They are not yet fully approved or realised. We will announce specific locations and openings only once the necessary conditions have been clarified.
06Chapter 6Our vision for Europe
Hospitality knows no borders.
In the long term, we would like to develop TFS-Apartment beyond Germany and Spain. We are exploring future possibilities for holiday apartments elsewhere in Europe. Our vision is a growing network of quality accommodation with personal service and shared quality standards. These are long-term goals, not confirmed locations.
